Old Fashioned Oatmeal Cookie Mix Recipe

| All purpose flour | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 3 Cup (48 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon | |

| Shortening | 1 Pound | |
| Raisins | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Shredded coconut | 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) | |
| Chocolate chips | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Pecans | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped |
Directions
In large bowl, stir together oats, flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
With pastry blender, cut in shortening until crumbly.
Stir in raisins, coconut, chocolate and pecans. (Mix can be refrigerated in airtight container for up to 10 weeks.)
