Directions

Cream butter and sugar, add eggs.
Beat well and add molasses.
Sift flour with soda, salt and spices and mix gradually into batter.
Should be fairly stiff batter.
Pinch off pieces and roll into balls.
Place on greased cookie sheets.
Press down with a fork.
If in a hurry just drop from spoon.
Bake at 350F.
