Directions

Place butter in a 1 qt.glass casserole dish.
Microwave 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds or until melted.
Combine dry ingredients and stir into butter.
Slowly stir in milk.
Microwave 2 minutes 30 seconds to 3 minutes, stirring every minute.
Beat until smooth.
Stir a small amount of the hot mixture into beaten egg; then stir egg mixture into the hot mixture.
Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute [ROASTS, 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds] or until slightly thickened.
Beat in vinegar until smooth.
