Directions

Combine ground beef with garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste; place in hot, deep iron kettle.
Add celery; cook mixture until browned, stirring con- stantly.
Cover; simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, 1 tablespoon salt, 1 teaspoon pepper, beans, olives, oregano, parsley and Worcestershire sauce; simmer for about 10 minutes.
Add chili powder, cayenne pepper and hot sauce, stirring well.
Refrigerate over- night.
Reheat to serve.
May be frozen.
Yield: 4 quarts.
