Old Fashioned Stew Recipe

Ingredients
4 Cups (1 L) chicken stock
2 Cups (500 ml) pork, cooked and cubed
1 Cup (250 ml) dark chicken meat
Pinch of mixed spices (rosemary, nutmeg, cinnamon, savory, thyme, parsley)
2 tbsp (30 ml) grilled flour
Directions
– In a stove-top casserole, pour chicken stock, add cubed pork and chicken pieces and simmer for 30 minutes, then flavor with spices.
– Add a small amount of oven-browned (or commercial browned) flour to thicken sauce.
