 Minced onion1 Cup (16 tbs)
 White vinegar3 Tablespoon
 Salt2 Teaspoon
 Pepper1⁄4 Teaspoon
 Hard-cooked eggs2 , chopped
 Potatoes3 Pound, cooked, peeled, cubed
 Sliced celery2 Cup (32 tbs)

In large bowl stir together mayonnaise, onion, vinegar, salt, pepper and eggs.
Add potatoes and celery; toss to coat well.
