Old Fashioned Meat Loaf Recipe

Ingredients
| Lean ground beef | 1 1/2 Pound | |
| Catsup | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, chopped | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 2 slices bread, rinsed with cold water and squeezed dry | ||
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 2 hard-cooked eggs | ||
| 1/4 cup catsup, room temperature | ||
Directions
Combine first 9 ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend well.
Pack evenly into 6-cup ring mold (or deep casserole dish with glass standing upright in center).
Tuck hard-cooked eggs into beef so they are completely covered.
Cook on High, turning dish once, until meat loaf has pulled away from edges of mold, about 10 minutes.
Baste off accumulated juices.
Invert loaf onto serving platter.
Spoon remaining catsup evenly over top and serve.
