Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, boil sugar and water together for about 1 minute, to dissolve the sugar. Cool completely.
2. In a large pitcher put ice-cubes and add in lemon juice and sugar syrup and stir well.
3. Top up with chilled water or soda as desired and stir well.
4. Add more sugar to taste.

SERVING
5. Add a lemon slice to each glass and fill the glass with the lemonade, serve chilled.

TIPS
You can add strawberries, raspberries or any berry puree to the lemonade. Adding soda instead of water adds a bit to zing too.
