Ingredients
| Butter stick | 1/4 , melted | |
| 3 eggs, slightly beaten | ||
| Juice of 2 lemons, grated rind of 1 lemon | ||
| Sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Beat eggs slightly, enough to blend yolks and whites; add sugar, lemon juice and rind; add butter last.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 300-325-degree oven until filling sets and crust is delicately browned.
