Old Fashioned Ice Box Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1/3 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/4 cup granulated fructose
2 tsp skim milk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
Dash salt
1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped
Directions
Using an electric mixer, thoroughly cream together margarine, sugar replacement, and fructose.
Beat in skim milk, egg, and vanilla.
Gradually add flour and salt.
Stir to completely blend.
Divide dough in half.
Shape each half into a 6 in. (15 cm) roll.
Roll dough in the chopped pecans.
Wrap each roll in wax paper.
Chill dough in refrigerator overnight.
Cut each roll into 18 slices.
Place slices on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheet, and cool on rack.
