Old Fashioned French Dressing Recipe
Ingredients
| Potato | 1 Small, cooked, drained | |
| Pimientos | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| White wine or water | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar | ||
| Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Dijon Mustard | 2 Tablespoon | |
| 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper | ||
Directions
1. In a food processor or blender, place all of the ingredients and process for 1 minute or until very smooth. Cover and refrigerate until serving time (will keep for up to 4 weeks). If the dressing thickens as it chills, stir in a little extra white wine or water. Drizzle over a vegetable, meat, or seafood salad; toss well.
