Directions

GETTING READY
1) Heat oven to 325°F.
2) Use vegetable spray over 6 custard cups or 6 cup glass casseroles.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, add eggs and honey and beat till lightly colored.
4) Add in the remaining ingredients and beat well.
5) Add into the custard cups or casserole.
6) Arrange in a shallow pan and place in the oven on the middle shelf.
7) Add enough water into the pan to reach the top of the custard cups or casserole.
8) Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.

SERVING
9) Sprinkle with nutmeg.
10) Can be served warm or chilled.
