1 cup sugar
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon cocoa
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine

Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constandy, until skghdy thickened.
Remove from heat, and stir in butter and vanilla.
