Ingredients
2 cup + all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 cup margarine
3/4 cup granulated brown sugar replacement
1/4 cup granulated fructose
2 tsp caramel flavoring
2 small eggs
Directions
Sift together flour, baking soda, and cream of tartar; set aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat together margarine, brown sugar replacement, fructose, and caramel flavoring.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Stir flour mixture into creamed mixture, blending well.
Shape dough into balls.
Place balls on a greased cookie sheet.
Dip a kitchen fork into flour, and flatten each cookie with the tines of the fork.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes.
Move to cooling racks.
