Ingredients
Unbaked double crust
2 1/4 lbs. apples
2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup granulated fructose
1 1/2 tsp apple pie spice
2 tsp all-purpose flour
Directions
Peel and core apples; then slice them into a medium-size bowl.
Sprinkle lemon juice over apple slices.
Toss to coat.
Sprinkle fructose and apple pie spice over apple slices.

Cover and allow to set for 20 minutes.
