Party Platter For Oktoberfest Recipe Video

A simple to make Oktoberfest Party Platter recipe. I'll use any excuse to throw a party, so being that it is time for Oktoberfest, I thought I would whip up a quick and simple party platter to celebrate. Enjoy this with your favorite ice cold beer!

Ingredients

 
* 4 oz. smoked Gouda, cut into 1 inch cubes
 
* 4 oz. of sharp cheddar, cut into 1 inch cubes
 
* 7 sourdough pretzels, broken into bite size pieces
 
* 8 ounces of smoked ham, cut in half and rolled up
 
* 4 links of turkey sausage, grilled and cut into bite size pieces
 
* 1/2 jar of bread and butter pickle slices
 
* 1/2 a jar of baby dill pickles
 
* 5 slices of dark rye bread, cut into triangles
 
* 1/2 cup of horseradish mustard
 
* 1/2 cup of honey mustard

Directions

There are no real rules for this platter. All you need to do is arrange all of your ingredients on a large platter and then get the party started!
