 Ears of corn4
 Cooking spray
 Onion1 Medium, chopped
 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
 Tomatoes3 Large, chopped
 Sugar1 Teaspoon

 1/2 pound small okra pods

Directions

Cut kernels from ears of corn; set aside.
Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion and bell pepper; saute until tender.
Stir in corn, tomatoes, and next 4 ingredients; arrange okra on top of corn mixture.
Cover, reduce heat to low, and cook 20 minutes or until okra is tender.
