 Bacon strips6 , chopped (Same Amount Chopped Country Ham)
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Juice from cooked cabbage, collards, or greens may be added.
Dump all together in deep cooker.
When it begins to boil, turn to simmer and let it simmer for one hour or longer.
