Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds young fresh okra
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1/2 teaspoon TABASCO pepper sauce
5 slices bacon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Slice okra into thin rounds.
In greased 2 1/2-quart casserole arrange okra, tomatoes, onion and green pepper.
Season with Tabasco sauce.
Place bacon on top.
Bake uncovered 1 1/2 hours or until okra is tender.
