Ingredients

 3 cup okra, sliced crosswise
 1/2 cup Butter Buds®, optional
 Tomatoes3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Onion1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Hot Sauce1/8 Teaspoon
 1/2 cup corn, cooked, optional

Directions

1. Wash okra. Do not cut off stems or tips of pods, but slice the pods thickly into rounds.
2. Boil in 1/2 inch water for 10 minutes. Cover the last 5 minutes or Cook the okra in a large nonstick skillet with Butter Buds® until tender.
3. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 5 minutes. Do not overcook.
