Ingredients

 
1/2 cup good quality olive oil
 
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
 
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
 
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
 
4 cloves Sarlic sliced
 
3 tablespoons lemon juice
 
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped, or 1 teaspoon dried basil
 
2 1/2 teaspoons Japanese or imported Chinese soy sauce
 
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
 
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
 
1 teaspoon sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients together with whisk and pour over salad.
NOTE TO COOK: Carry salad to party in storage container or in salad bowl tightly covered with plastic.
Carry tomatoes either whole or diced in plastic bag or container.
Mix tomatoes in with salad just before serving.
