 1/2 cabbage, thinly sliced, cooked
 Parmesan cheese4 Tablespoon, grated
 4 ocean perch filets
 Butter2 Teaspoon
 Fennel seeds1/2 Teaspoon
 Anise1/4 Teaspoon
 Paprika1/4 Teaspoon
 Tomato sauce14 Ounce, heated
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Lightly grease casserole.
Add half of cabbage and top with half of cheese.
Add filets flat and dot with butter.
Sprinkle in seasonings followed by remaining cheese and cabbage.
Season again with salt and pepper and pour in tomato sauce.
Cover and microwave 12 minutes.
