1 (24 ounce) package Oreida Frozen Potatoes O'Brien, thawed
1 (8 ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, room temperature
1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chilies

Combine cream cheese and green chilies.
Pour over potatoes and ham and stir until well mixed.

Bake 40 minutes.
