Oatmeal Sesame Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup oil
1 egg, well beaten
2 tablespoons milk or buttermilk
1/2 cup chopped raisins
3/4 cup sesame seeds
1 1/4 cups rolled oats
1 1/4 cups barley flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Cream together sugar and oil in the Bosch bowl.
Add the egg, and mix again.
Add milk or buttermilk, raisins, sesame seeds, and oats.
Mix well.
Stir in remaining dry ingredients.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased baking sheets.
Flatten with a fork dipped in cold water.
Bake in a 375° F.
Oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cookies will be crisp.
