Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

Directions

Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger and oatmeal.
In another mixing bowl, cream together the margarine and Sweet Lite Fructose.
Beat in egg until smooth.
Add the buttermilk and the mixture of dry ingredients.
Beat until thoroughly mixed.
Stir in the raisins.
Drop from a tsp.onto a greased cookie sheet 1 1/2 inches apart.
Bake at 350 degrees F until nicely browned, about 20 minutes.
