Oatmeal Pie Recipe
Ingredients
| Light corn syrup | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Melted margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Packed brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Pecan halves | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Quick cooking oats | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Coconut flakes | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 unbaked (9 inch) pie shells | ||
Directions
Combine the corn syrup, milk, margarine, vanilla, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Stir in the pecans, oats and coconut.
Pour into the pie shells.
Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
