Cinnamon Oatmeal cookie Recipe Video
We are making a chewy cinnamon oatmeal cookies. Its easy to make recipe, we need only one bowl. And the cookies taste great and is low in fat.
Ingredients
| Canola oil | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Light corn syrup | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Vanilla extract | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Skim milk powder | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Instant rolled oats | 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), uncooked | |
| Mini chocolate chips | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Crispy rice cereal | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Canola oil cooking spray | 1 |
Directions
Mix canola oil and brown sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Add egg, corn syrup, and vanilla extract, and beat well.
Combine flour, skim milk powder, soda and salt. Stir well. Gradually add flour mixture to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in oats, chocolate chips and cereal.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 2" (5 cm) apart onto cookie sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 F (180 C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool on wire racks. Store in an airtight container.
