Ingredients

 
4 egg whites
 
1/2c whole grain oats
 
1 scoop protein powder
 
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
 
1 tbsp. natural peanut butter
 
2 tbsp. (sugar free) syrup

Directions

Mix: all ingredients in bowl. Set syrup aside.

Heat non-stick skillet. Coat with cooking spray.

Pour in pancake mixture, and cook 2-3 minutes per side. Till pancakes feel firm, not runny.

Enjoy with (sugar free) syrup.
