Ingredients

 1/3 cup sesame tahini
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Peanuts1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
 Raisins1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Directions

Preheat oven to 350° F.
Stir tahini and honey together in a mixing bowl. Add peanuts, raisins and cinnamon. Stir in oats.
Form into small balls and place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Flatten with the bottom of a lightly greased glass.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are browned. Do not wait for tops to brown or cookies will be overbaked. Remove to wire racks and let cool.

I substituted sunflower seeds for the peanuts; and then added 1 egg (beaten), a handful of slivered almonds, a handful of dried cranberries, and about 1/4 cup or so of wheat-germ as well as 1/4 almond essence. I liked the way they came out.
