Oatmeal Soup Recipe
Ingredients
| Oatmeal | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Frozen spinach package | 1 , chopped | |
| Curry powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Juice of a lemon | ||
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1)In a saucepan, saute oatmeal in butter until brown and crispy.
2)Add onion and curry powder and saute for a while.
3)Stir in the chopped, frozen spinach and pour boiling water over it.
4)Sprinkle salt, pepper and lemon juice and simmer for atleast 8-10 minutes.
SERVING
5)Serve hot adding sour cream and chopped parsley to garnish the soup.
