Oatmeal Scones Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 1 1/4 Cup(16 tbs), sifted | |
| Baking powder | 2 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Rolled oats | 1 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Butter | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup cut up dates | ||
| Buttermilk | 3/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease a cookie sheet.
Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt and sugar into bowl.
Add rolled oats and blend lightly with a fork.
Add butter and cut in finely.
Stir in dates with a fork.
Beat buttermilk and egg together with fork
