 2 1/4 ounces quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon buttermilk baking mix
 1 teaspoon double-acting baking powder
 Firmly packed light brown sugar2 Tablespoon
 Whole milk1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons golden raisins

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. In medium bowl, whisk together oats, baking mix, baking powder, and sugar. Stir in milk and raisins until just combined. Drop dough by 1/4-cup measures onto nonstick baking sheet, making 6 scones. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, until golden.
