Oatmeal Raisin Brownies Recipe
Ingredients

| Rolled oats | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch square pan.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat, turn into a medium bowl, and set aside 10 minutes to cool slightly.
3. With an electric mixer set on medium speed, beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla into cooled chocolate mixture. Fold in flour mixed with oatmeal, baking powder, and salt to make a thick batter. Fold in raisins. Turn into prepared pan, leveling surface.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove pan to a rack, cut into 20 rectangles, and let cool completely. Store in an airtight container or wrap well and refrigerate.
