Oatmeal Raisin Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| Crisp rice cereal | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 5 cups quick-cooking oats | ||
| Semi-sweet chocolate chocolate chips | 2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Raisins | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Marshmallows | 1/2 Pound | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peanut butter | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; set aside.
In a large saucepan over low heat, cook and stir marshmallows and butter until smooth.
Add honey, oil and peanut butter; mix well.
Pour over cereal mixture; toss to coat.
Pour into two greased 13-in.x 9-in.x 2-in.baking pans; press firmly and evenly.
Cool.
