Oatmeal Porridge Recipe
Ingredients
4-6 oz. medium or coarse oatmeal
2 pt. water
2 level tsp. salt
Directions
If thick porridge is required use the larger amount of oatmeal.
Soak the oatmeal overnight in the water.
Add the salt, bring to the boil, and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
