 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats, uncooked
 Skim milk1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Eggs2 , beaten
 Unsweetened applesauce3/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 All purpose flour1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Baking powder1 Tablespoon
 Sugar1 Tablespoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Vegetable cooking spray

Directions

Combine oars and milk in a medium bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
Add eggs, applesauce, and oil to oar mixture, stirring well.
Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl; add oar mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup barter onto a hot griddle or skillet that has been coated with cooking spray.
Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
