Oatmeal Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients

| Buttermilk | 3/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats | ||
| All purpose flour | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Baking powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Beat egg with hand beater until fluffy; stir in remaining ingredients.
Grease heated griddle if necessary.
Pour about 3 tablespoons batter from tip of large spoon or from pitcher onto hot griddle.
Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges.
Turn and cook other sides until golden brown.
