Oatmeal Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup grated, unsweetened coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Add salt to egg whites, and beat until stiff.
Combine maple syrup and oats and mix well.
Add coconut.
Fold in egg whites.
Drop by the teaspoonful onto parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for about 12 minutes.
