Oatmeal Macaroons Recipe

Ingredients

 
2 egg whites
 
1/3 cup maple syrup
 
1 cup rolled oats
 
1/2 cup grated coconut

Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Combine syrup and oats in separate bowl and mix until well blended.
Add coconut.
Fold in beaten whites.
Drop by teaspoonful (walnut size) onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
