Oatmeal Flapjacks Recipe
Ingredients
| Instant oats | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), rolled | |
| Flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Egg | 1 | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Buttermilk to make a thick consistency | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients with the exception of oil.
2) Take a fry pan and heat the oil in it.
3) Add a few spoonfuls of the batter to it.
4) Pat the batter down and cook until it rises slightly and turns light brown in color.
SERVING
5) Serve it on a plate in accompaniment to whiskey or prune sauce.
