Oatmeal Crackers Recipe
Ingredients
| Potato water - 1 cup | ||
| Cooking oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sea kelp - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Quick-cooking oatmeal - 4 cups | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1.Combine potato water, cooking oil, sea kelp and oatmeal to make a firm dough.
2.Refrigerate the dough for some time.
3.Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
MAKING
4.On a lightly flored board, roll the dough.
5.Add a sprinkling of caraway seeds and roll.
6.Take a greased cookie sheet, Add the roll on it and using a fork cut squares pices of it.
7.Poke using fork twine and bake the pastry for 20 minutes.
SERVING
8.Serve crackers with tea or with your favorite dip as a snack or appetizer.
