Oatmeal Cookie Mix Recipe

Ingredients
3 cups unbleached white flour
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 cup butter or margarine
3 cups regular rolled oats
1 cup soy sprouts, roasted and ground
Directions
Put flour, sugar, baking powder and salt all together in large bowl.
Cut in shortening until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add oats and soy sprouts and mix well.
This basic mix can be kept in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
Use as follows: Preheat oven to 375°.
