Ingredients

 
1 cup flour
 
¾ cup rolled oat
 
½ cup sugar
 
1 tsp baking powder
 
½ tsp ground cinnamon
 
½ tsp nutmeg
 
¼ tsp ground ginger
 
1/3 cup vegan butter or margarine
 
¼ cup of your favorite nut butter (I used peanut butter)
 
2 egg replacers
 
½ tsp vanilla extract
 
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips (you can add more if you want)
 
¼ cup walnut (optional)

Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven at 350°F.

MAKING
2) In a mixing bowl, mix the vegan butter and sugar together.
3) Then add the oats, flour, egg replacer, peanut butter, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and vanilla extract.
4) Combine all the ingredients together until thoroughly mixed.
5) Then add the walnuts and chocolate chips, mix again.
6) Scope about tablespoon of the mixture and shape them into cookies.
7) Place them on a cookie sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12 to 15 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies with a cup of coffee or as desired.
