 1/2. cup softened butter, or oil
 Eggs2
 Bananas1 Cup (16 tbs), mashed
 Honey1/2 Cup (16 tbs), warmed
 Yogurt1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Soda1 Teaspoon
 Whole wheat pastry flour1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt3/4 Teaspoon
 Rolled oats1 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.and grease 18 muffin tins.In a mixer bowl, combine butter or oil, eggs, bananas, and honey.
Mix yogurt and soda and add to butter mixture.
Cream well.
Stir together flour and salt.
Add to creamed mixture, mixing until just blended.
Stir in oats.
Fill muffin pans 2/3 full of batter.
Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
