2 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
salt to taste
1 c. regular oats, uncooked
sugar to taste
2 egg, beaten
2 c. milk
1 c. grated apple
5 tbsp. butter, melted
Directions
Step1-Combine flour,baking powder,oats,salt and sugar in a bowl; make a well in the center.
Step2-Combine egg, milk, apple, and butter; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Step3-For each pancake, pour about 2/3 cup batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle.
Step4-Turn pancakes when tops are covered with bubbles and edges look cooked.
