Oat-Coconut Pie Crust Recipe

Oat-Coconut Pie Crust is an easy to make pie crust dish where you can also think of varying the combination used. I realized that a pie crust can taste this well only after I baked this Oat-Coconut Pie Crust. Classic recipe!

Ingredients

 
1/2 cup (120 ml) crushed Oat Bran Flakes
 
1/2 cup (120 ml) shredded unsweetened coconut
 
2 tsp (10 ml) Fresh! Oil
 
1/4 tsp (1 ml) vanilla extract
 
1/2 tsp (3 ml) cinnamon, optional

Directions

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and press into pie pan.
If crust is to be used for no-bake pie filling, prebake pastry crust at 325°F (155°C) for 5 minutes.
