1 1/2 pounds cream style cottage cheese (3 cups)
 
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
 
6 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
 
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
 
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
 
Few drops liquid red pepper seasoning
 
1 cup finely chopped parsley
 
Pitted ripe olives
 
1 cherry tomato
 
4 large carrots, pared and sliced diagonally
 
2 large cucumbers, scored and sliced
 
8 stalks celery, sliced
 
2 large green peppers, quartered, seeded, and cut in bite size pieces
 
1 small head of cauliflower, separated in flowerets

Directions

Combine cottage, cream, and blue cheeses, seasoned salt, Worcestershire sauce, and liquid red pepper seasoning in a large bowl; beat until completely blended; cover.
Chill several hours, or until firm enough to handle.
Spoon cheese mixture in the center of a large serving tray; pat into a mountain shape, then press parsley into cheese to cover the bottom two thirds.
Cut olives lengthwise into 8 wedges each; arrange over cheese in a spiral pattern almost to top.
Slice cherry tomato into eighths from blossom end almost to stem end; separate cuts slightly to form petals; stand on top of cheese.
Arrange carrot, cucumber, and celery slices, green pepper pieces, cauliflowerets, and corn snacks in separate piles around cheese.
