Directions

MAKING
1. In a blender, combine galangal, turmeric powder, chilies, lemon grass, belachan, brown onion, garlic and oil. Blend until smooth.
2. In a saucepan, heat oil and add curry paste. Cook for a while.
3. Now, add chicken and lime leaves. Cook until chicken is cooked through.
4. Add coconut milk and water. Let the chicken simmer for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve with steamed rice.
