Nutty Chocolate Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
Batter:
1 1/2 cups Multi-Purpose Baking Mix
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
1/4 cup cocoa
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 cups boiling water
Directions
1. For batter, combine Baking Mix, sugar, cocoa, and nuts. Stir in water and vanilla. Spread batter in a greased 8-inch square baking pan.
2. For topping, stir cocoa and brown sugar together until smooth. Add boiling water gradually, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Pour over batter. (Go ahead, even though it looks very runny.)
3. Bake at 350°F about 40 minutes.
