Nutty Vegetable Duo Recipe
Ingredients
1 (10-ounce) package frozen green beans
1/2 (16-ounce) package frozen small whole onions
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Salt and pepper
Directions
Combine beans and onions in medium saucepan; cook according to package directions.
Drain.
Return vegetables to saucepan.
Add almonds and butter; stir over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is thoroughly heated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
